Welcome to AERWINDS. By booking or participating in any of our aerial adventure experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. General Agreement
By accessing our website, booking a service, or participating in any activity offered by AERWINDS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
AERWINDS reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility & Participation
Participants must meet the age, weight, and health requirements specific to each activity (helicopter rides, hot air ballooning, skydiving, paragliding, etc.).
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory.
Participants must declare any medical conditions, including heart issues, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or mobility limitations.
AERWINDS reserves the right to deny participation if safety requirements are not met.
3. Safety & Compliance
All activities are conducted under strict safety protocols and aviation regulations.
Participants must follow instructions given by pilots, instructors, and ground crew at all times.
Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in immediate termination of the experience without refund.
4. Weather Dependency
All aerial adventures are weather-dependent.
Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather conditions, air traffic restrictions, or operational requirements.
In such cases, AERWINDS may offer rescheduling or refunds as per the cancellation policy.
5. Booking & Payments
Full payment required at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt and availability confirmation.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within the specified cancellation window may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or participant disqualification due to health or eligibility issues may not be refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement
Aerial adventure activities involve inherent risks.
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
AERWINDS, its partners, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay except as required by law.
Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver before participation.
8. Photography & Media Usage
AERWINDS may capture photos or videos during experiences for promotional purposes.
By participating, you grant AERWINDS permission to use such content unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
9. Personal Belongings
AERWINDS is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
Certain items may be restricted during activities for safety reasons.
10. Conduct
Any form of misconduct, intoxication, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.
Respect toward crew, equipment, and fellow participants is mandatory.
11. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
